The popular show, This City Is Ours, is returning soon with new episodes! TopMob has a first look, just over a year after the show was renewed for a second season.
Along with a photo of James Nelson-Joyce as Michael walking down the street, we’ve released a short preview featuring quick looks at other characters who will be back for the show.
Set to the tune of ‘My Way,’ the trailer becomes increasingly ominous, hinting that what we’re seeing is just the start of a terrible ordeal.

Joining Nelson-Joyce in season two are returning cast members Hannah Onslow, Jack McMullen, Mike Noble, Julie Graham, Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Adam Abbou, Laura Aikman, Kevin Harvey, and Darci Shaw.
The series is adding some new faces: Shaun Evans, known for his role in ‘Betrayal’, will play Ozzie Thompson, an ex-gangster, and Álvaro Morte, from ‘The Wheel of Time’, will portray Felipe Guzman, a member of the Colombian cartel and the brother of Ricardo, who was killed off at the end of the first season.
The new season begins right after the first one ended. Michael and Diana have just arrived in Spain when they’re pulled back into the investigation surrounding Ricardo’s death.

In Liverpool, the remaining gang members are still at odds with each other. At the same time, a veteran gangster, recently released from prison, is demanding money from the group, recalling debts from the time of Ronnie.
Ronnie was played by Sean Bean in season 1, but was killed off early in the show’s run.
At the TopMob Covers Party earlier this year, Nelson-Joyce hinted that Evans will play a somewhat villainous character and give a fantastic performance. She also predicted that returning cast member Noble will be outstanding this season.
