Jane Seymour Engaged to John Zambetti After 3 Years of Dating

Actress Jane Seymour revealed she’s engaged to marry singer-songwriter John Zambetti at the Songwriters Hall of Fame event on June 11th.

The actress, known for her role in Live and Let Die, shared with Us Weekly that her partner, a singer-songwriter, wants to spend the rest of their life with her.

The couple has been together for three years. They first met at a concert for their friend, the rapper Shwayze.

However, Seymour—having gone through four marriages and divorces—wasn’t looking for a new relationship at the time. She’d told her friends she was finished with romance.

The 75-year-old explained to Tamron Hall in 2024 that he was completely single at the time. A friend encouraged him to start dating, but he responded, ‘At 73, I wasn’t looking to go out or meet anyone. I had decided I was finished with relationships.’

Once they met, it felt like meeting was inevitable. They discovered their sons were already friends, a surprising connection they learned on their first date after seeing Shwayze perform.

The next day, we talked for hours over tea, and it turned into dinner. That’s when we discovered that his son, Johnny Zambetti, Shwayze, and my son, Sean Flynn, were all friends—he used to come over to my house a lot.

The close bond between their sons, Johnny (38) and Sean (40), helped bring the two families together. Seymour has six children: Sean, Katherine Flynn (44), Jenni Flynn Adams (46) with his former spouse David Flynn, Kalen Keach (56), and twins John Stacy Keach and Kristopher Steven Keach (30) with ex-husband James Keach. Zambetti shares Johnny and Kathryn (40) with his late wife Joan Zambetti.

Seymour recently shared details about her family’s musical background with Us Weekly when announcing her engagement. She explained that music fills their home, as she, her fiancé, and both of their sons are all singer-songwriters.
