Next week on EastEnders, things get even more complicated for Oscar Branning (Pierre Counihan-Moullier) as the romantic rivalry between him, Jasmine (Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness), and Josh (Joshua Vaughan) heats up.
Jasmine was in jail, facing charges for accidentally killing her father, Anthony Trueman. Meanwhile, Oscar began a romantic relationship with Jasmine’s twin brother, Josh. Neither of them knew they were connected at the time, but they continued seeing each other anyway.
Kat Moon saw Oscar and Josh this week and told her grandson he needed to be honest with his sister. Soon after, feeling guilty, Josh confessed everything during his and Jasmine’s birthday party.
Following a heated argument, Jasmine offered to forgive and forget everything between them and begin anew. Oscar refused, but assured her he didn’t have romantic feelings for Josh and wouldn’t be pursuing a relationship with him.
Everyone believed the romantic drama had ended, but next week, things take an unexpected turn. Oscar learns he might have contracted an STI from a past relationship, forcing him back into contact with both of his former loves.
Oscar has to let Jasmine and Josh know he might have been the one who infected them, so they all go to get tested. However, Jasmine is still upset with her brother and isn’t speaking to him.
Oscar gets good news when his STI test comes back negative, but he’s left wondering if things will be different with the twins.
Oh my gosh, things are really heating up in EastEnders! I’m so worried for Ian Beale – it looks like he’s in serious trouble. He caused a car crash and hit Jordan, and now he could be going to prison! I can’t wait to see how this all plays out, but it’s going to be a really stressful week in Walford, I can tell!
Next week, Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams) goes a step further after initially accepting some blame for Jordan’s accident. She reports Ian to the local council, leading to his suspension as a councillor pending an investigation.
