Poll: Are You Happy with Your PS Plus Extra, Premium Games for June 2026?

Another month, another seemingly rock solid PS Plus Extra lineup — at least, from where I’m sitting.

Okay, as a huge Final Fantasy fan, I’m really excited about the possibility of Final Fantasy 16 being a major game offered in June 2026! It’s true that the game split opinions when it first came out – some people loved it, others didn’t – but honestly, it still feels like a massive title to be included with a subscription service like PlayStation’s. It’s a big deal!

This is a top-notch, high-budget adventure game that should attract plenty of players through subscription services. While it has some issues with how things are structured, it’s hard not to be captivated by the epic scope and grand storytelling.

Clive Rosfield’s story appears in a couple of quite distinct games. Sonic X Shadow Generations is a standout modern Sonic title, and Kingdom Come: Deliverance offers a richly detailed and immersive RPG experience, though it requires a bit of dedication to fully appreciate.

Life Is Strange: Double Exposure is a great choice for those who enjoy story-driven games, and many players consider Blades of Fire, coming in 2025, to be an unexpectedly excellent game.

So, again, I think Extra’s looking strong… but what about PS Plus Premium?

Gitaroo Man is a quirky and beloved rhythm game originally released for the PlayStation 2. Despite being a bit unusual, it’s gained a dedicated following and remains a cult classic, known for its energetic gameplay and unique style.
