A beloved cartoon from the classic Kids WB! lineup is returning after 21 years! For many who grew up watching Saturday morning TV, these shows were a special treat, airing just once a week. Unfortunately, after they stopped being broadcast, most of these programs became hard to find, with few options for watching them on DVD, VHS, or through streaming services.
Mucha Lucha! was a popular animated series that originally aired on Kids WB! for three successful seasons 24 years ago. After it ended three years later, it became difficult to find and watch in good quality – you had to purchase each episode digitally. But now, Tubi is bringing the show back later this March, making it available to stream alongside other beloved classics.
Mucha Lucha! Finally Streams This March

Tubi is adding a large collection of animated series in March, including ¡Mucha Lucha!. The streaming service will feature many classic Warner Bros. cartoons, some of which haven’t been available online before. These shows have become hard to find recently because fewer physical copies were made compared to more popular programs.
¡Mucha Lucha! was a really enjoyable show, but sadly it didn’t last as long as some others. It wasn’t unpopular – it simply faded from view. Created by Eddie Mort and Lili Chin in 2002, the animated series ran for three seasons. The final season even had a slightly different name and featured some changes to the voice actors and how it was made. The show followed young wrestlers-in-training as they learned the ropes at a special wrestling school.
Why You Should Watch Mucha Lucha

¡Mucha Lucha! was a really enjoyable show that cleverly skirted censorship with its humor. Though it looked like it would center on big wrestling matches, the show actually used wrestling as a jumping-off point for silly and imaginative adventures. The series followed a young wrestler named Rikochet and his friends, Buena Girl and The Flea, as they used their unique abilities to battle a variety of opponents throughout the show.
The show also had a really cool interactive element – fans could submit their own wrestler designs, with a chance of seeing them appear in an episode. It was a perfect way to connect with fans during the early days of the internet. Now, after many years, the show is returning for streaming, giving a new generation a chance to enjoy it.
