As a huge fan of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, I’m thrilled to hear they’re making Season 2! It sounds like Dunk and Egg are really off on their own path now, having left the whole Ashford Meadow tourney behind. They were heading towards Dorne at the end of last season, and it seems like this next installment will be a completely different kind of story. Apparently, HBO is adapting George R.R. Martin’s The Sworn Sword, and they’ve just announced the actors who will be playing the key characters from that book. I can’t wait to see how it all comes together!
The official Game of Thrones account on X has announced the cast for Season 2 of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. Lucy Boynton will play Lady Rohanne, Babou Ceesay will be Ser Bennis of the Brown Shield, and Peter Mullan will portray Ser Eustace Osgrey. They’ll be joining Peter Claffey and Dexter Sol Ansell, who are returning as Dunk and Egg (Aegon Targaryen), respectively. You can find the full announcement below.
