As a huge cinema fan, I’m incredibly excited to hear that Alex Garland is directing the movie adaptation of Elden Ring! It’s set to be A24’s biggest film yet, and after seeing some sneak peeks from the set online, the studio has finally announced the release date and cast for this epic fantasy adventure. I’ve been waiting for this one!
Fans of the popular video game Elden Ring have a movie to look forward to! It’s officially coming to theaters on March 3, 2028. Directed and written by Garland, the film boasts a star-studded cast including Kit Connor, Ben Whishaw, Cailee Spaeny, Tom Burke, Havana Rose Liu, Sonoya Mizuno, Jonathan Pryce, Ruby Cruz, Nick Offerman, John Hodgkinson, Jefferson Hall, Emma Laird, and Peter Serafinowicz. A24 and Bandai Namco have announced that the movie is being filmed for IMAX, and with a production budget of over $100 million, it’s the studio’s most ambitious project to date.

More to come.
