A$AP Rocky can’t keep a secret from his little babushka boi.

His two-year-old son, Riot Rose, and Rihanna’s son, is always watching him closely. The rapper recently shared that his little boy is very observant and even told Rihanna when his dad left the house without saying goodbye.

A$AP, 37, recently shared in an interview with Esquire that his mother told him their son had said he’d left. She said, ‘You left?’ and when he confirmed, she expressed disappointment that he hadn’t said goodbye in person. A$AP recalled her saying, ‘It’d have been nice to say goodbye.’

As he hilariously put it, “That’s Riot. He can’t stop running his mouth.”

Riot isn’t the only one with a vibrant personality. A$AP Rocky (born Rakim Mayers) shared that while his oldest son, Rza, age 3 (whom he shares with the founder of Fenty Beauty), isn’t as talkative, he’s outgoing in other ways, just like his younger brother.

He told Rza to be quiet, then explained that Rza was finally defending himself, something he used to do to Riot when Riot was very young and vulnerable.

Despite everything, actor A$AP Rocky is happy to be able to share who he is with his new baby. He and Rihanna, 37, welcomed their daughter, Rocki, three months ago in September, and they’ve been overjoyed ever since.

Honestly, he shared with me that becoming a father was a huge dream of his, even before he met his partner. He just really wanted a child – a little girl or a boy, he didn’t care – and he feels incredibly blessed because he now has three wonderful kids. It’s clear how much family means to him.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky, who began dating in 2021, always felt a strong connection and expected to have children with a similar sense of style.

She told Interview magazine in 2024 that the COVID-19 pandemic actually brought her and her partner closer together, and she believes it happened at exactly the right time as they were planning to start a family. She explained that without the pandemic, they would have taken much longer to feel comfortable and certain they were ready for a serious relationship.

Rihanna went on to say, “It was undeniable – it was the greatest thing that could have happened to us.”

Even while focusing on their children, they’re committed to maintaining a strong and loving relationship with each other.

A$AP recently shared on The Ebro Show that maintaining a relationship requires effort and fun. He emphasized the importance of continuing to date and connect as friends, enjoying activities like games and keeping the spark alive. He expressed his deep love for his partner and questioned what the point of a relationship would be without that continued connection.
