On September 18, starting from 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) or 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), Radical Fish Games will unveil a demo for their action RPG titled “Alabaster Dawn” on PC through Steam. The news has been officially shared by the developers.
Here is an overview of the demo, via its Steam page:
About
The game named “Alabaster Dawn” is an action RPG that expands upon the top-notch elements from Radical Fish Games’ previous creation, “CrossCode.” It offers a rich and immersive battle system, intricate puzzles, and an epic tale set within a quirky universe brimming with hidden mysteries and exciting places to delve into.
Under the darkness cast by Nyx, the world has been transformed into a barren, desolate landscape. The gods and their followers have vanished without a trace. In this dire situation, Juno, a figure once shunned, finds herself faced with an extraordinary mission – to restore what was lost and reclaim the world as it once was.
Demo Content
This demo version features two parts:
- The first part will feature the actual beginning of the game. Any saves made within this part will be compatible with the full game.
- The second part will skip ahead in the story to showcase several highlights including a part of a dungeon. Any saves within this part will be reset back to the end of the first part when loaded in the full game, so you won’t miss any of the skipped content.
Demo Features
- A playtime of around 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
- Two melee weapons and two range weapons.
- Nine enemy types.
- Four boss enemies.
