Having already shown us the dangerous rules and card-based hierarchy of Borderland, season 2 focuses on Arisu and his partner Usagi (Tao Tsuchiya) as they confront the powerful and sinister figures who control this strange world. Each face card represents a different, terrifying challenge for those trapped in Borderland, ranging from the King of Spades’ brutal hunts to the Queen of Hearts’ disturbing psychological games.
