In the world of Alien: Earth, the hybrids crafted by Prodigy Corporation face numerous challenges. One minute they’re terminally ill children with their lives nearing an end, and the next, they’re playthings for the enigmatic trillionaire CEO, Boy Kavalier, who disregards established norms. Despite his better instincts, Kavalier tasks Wendy and the Lost Boys with traveling to New Siam, a city of Prodigy that has plunged into turmoil following a Weyland-Yutani ship crash. Their objective is to bring order, but they soon discover that the vessel carries threats even more potent than hybrids, compelling Kavalier to alter his plans. He yearns for the extraterrestrial beings and is prepared to sacrifice almost everything to obtain them.

The synthetic named Kirsh guides the hybrid group aboard the ship and maintains order during their transition into their new environment. Initially, some adapt faster than others, but as the mission progresses, they begin to ponder aspects of their existence due to finding it difficult to accept anything other than their human identity. Initially, Wendy is the one who defies the norm, opting to search for her brother Joe instead of sticking to the task at hand. Her choices prove fruitful, but she eventually loses control when she encounters a Xenomorph. Subduing this creature proves challenging, and it manages to inflict some wounds before Wendy finally severs its head off, which may lead to her losing more of her remaining humanity.

Prodigy’s Obsession With the Aliens Will Tell the Hybrids Everything They Need to Know

At Neverland, there’s a noticeable change in atmosphere upon the return of the hybrids. Kavalier, who previously showed great curiosity about them, now seems less engaged, focusing instead on understanding more about the aliens that the team has brought back. Unfortunately, this indifference trickles down to the rest of the management team as well, who inform Smee and Slightly that they are under constant surveillance, their movements being closely monitored by cameras embedded in their eyes. The once enchanting Prodigy facility seems to be losing its magic, leaving the hybrids with no choice but to determine their own course of action. However, this autonomy may not lead them where they wish to go, as their fearless leader, Wendy, is grappling with a mysterious link to the Xenomorphs that causes her pain whenever they are injured. This revelation is likely to erase any lingering doubt in her mind about her own humanity, as it appears that whatever Prodigy has done to her cannot be undone.
