Alix Earle Tears Up in Emotional Video Ahead of DWTS Finale

Alix Earle is tear-ing up the dance floor.

As she gets ready for her final dance on the season 34 finale of Dancing With the Stars on November 25th, the influencer shared a touching message about how much this experience has meant to her.

Alix expressed gratitude for the support they’ve received, sharing in a TikTok video on November 24th that appearing on the show was a personal goal, despite some people questioning their decision.

She’d been a fan of the show for a long time and always dreamed of being a contestant, but she also admitted that joining season 34 felt both daunting and risky.

Alix explained that she’d put her work on hold for several months and move to Los Angeles. It would mean being away from her friends and boyfriend and significantly changing her daily routine, but she felt it was something she needed to do for personal growth.

The 24-year-old, who has been with Braxton Berrios for two years, was very thankful for the support of her fans, saying they’ve shared in her excitement and joy throughout this experience.

Alix admitted she was hesitant to change her content style, but was surprised and delighted by how much her audience appreciated seeing a different side of her personality.

She shared how incredibly loved she feels right now, especially because of the positive feedback she’s received. She said the edits and comments from viewers of the show truly make her happy.

The show gave her a chance to demonstrate her abilities, as she often feels people don’t see her potential because she’s known for being outgoing and sharing lighthearted content.

She continued, tears welling up, explaining that the show had given her a chance to demonstrate her dedication, both to herself and to her audience. She added that it helped her show a different side of herself, which she appreciated.

Competing on Dancing with the Stars allowed Alix to challenge herself, and she felt encouraged by her loved ones. Though she was sad it was ending, she happily thanked her fans, shedding tears of joy.

“I know that this has changed me as a person,” she said, “and I’ll forever be grateful for that.”

She thanked everyone and said she was really excited about the show on Tuesday. She’d made a lot of friends and couldn’t wait to see them perform brilliantly.

Okay, so I’m totally obsessed with her, and she’s been having the time of her life on Dancing with the Stars, but honestly? It hasn’t been easy! She’s been so open about how tough the dances are, and poor thing, she and Val are working SO hard. It’s amazing to watch, but you can tell it’s a real struggle sometimes. I just want her to succeed!

She explained to TopMob News in September that stepping into this new role is challenging but rewarding. ‘It can be frustrating at times,’ she said, ‘but it’s also revealing a side of myself I didn’t know existed. I’m really pushing my boundaries and doing things I wouldn’t normally do.’

You know, as someone who’s always trying new things, I totally get that feeling of watching someone else make it look effortless! I was just talking about this the other day – it’s so frustrating when you see someone like Val do something and think, ‘Okay, I can nail that,’ only to realize it’s way harder than it looks. I tried to copy her style once and honestly? I ended up feeling like a complete mess – a total scarecrow, really!

But every week, she went out there and tried to “one-up myself every week.”

Alix has made it to the final of Dancing with the Stars, but here’s a look back at all the celebrities who competed this season.
