All Kerotans & Ga-kos Dremuchij in Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater

In the beginning of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, Dremuchij is the initial location you explore during the Virtuous Mission. This area is where you’ll find various collectibles named Kerotans and Ga-Kos.

As a devoted gamer, I’m back in the world of stealth action, and let me tell you, the nostalgia is real with Kerotans making their comeback from MGS3! These quirky frog toys are hiding out in familiar spots, just like the good old days. But there’s a new feathery addition to the game – Ga-Kos, ducks dressed in ghillie suits, and they’re exclusively hanging out in Delta. Spot one of these camouflaged critters and don’t hesitate to give them a whack to add them to your collection. Collect them all to earn some awesome trophies and unlock some incredibly powerful new camouflage options!

In this tutorial, we’ll show you the locations where you can find both ducks and frogs within Dremuchij during the introduction to the Virtuous Mission!

All Kerotans & Ga-kos in Dremuchij | Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater

Kerotan #1 and Ga-Ko #1

Let’s get started with a special offer – you can locate this pair of collectibles on a rock situated in the eastern region of Dremuchij South. This spot is to the northeast of the tall tree, which you encounter upon your arrival and where your backpack gets recovered.

Simply check the specified location indicated on the map up ahead, and you’ll notice the Kerotan and Ga-Ko prominently situated in the open. Once spotted, take aim and mark them as ‘collected’!

For your initial encounters with Kerotans and Ga-Kos, firing at them will earn you the “Prince Charming” and “Ugly Duckling” rewards or trophies. It’s also important to mention that any Kerotans and Ga-Kos you discover can be viewed on your map. They’ll show up as green and yellow dots, respectively, once collected.

Ga-Ko #2

This silly duck is in the central part of the Dremuchij Swampland area, marked above.

In the heart of the swamp, you’ll notice a cluster of trees. Within this group, the elusive Ga-Ko might be hidden, seeking refuge in the shade. However, be cautious as nearby Indian gavials are known to be quite protective of their territory.

Kerotan #2

After you’ve finished exploring the Dremuchij Swampland, head north along the path to move on to the next location. As you journey forward, take a moment to look at the northern part of the cliff on your right-hand side.

As you walk along the path, keep an eye out to your right. You’ll spot the Kerotan there, but remember it’s off-limits for you. However, feel free to take a shot and collect it!

The Kerotan is located on your right as you proceed down the path. Since it’s out of reach, aim and shoot to grab it!

Ga-Ko #3

You can find this Ga-Ko in the northwestern corner of the Dremuchij North area.

Head over to that spot to locate the Ga-Ko perched on the rocky outcrops at the borders. Its camouflage isn’t proving too effective here, as it neglected to adjust its position to match the surroundings… be cautious not to repeat this error, Snake.

Kerotan #3

The last location for this game section, known as Kerotan, can be found on the northwestern border of the Dremuchij North region.

Head over to the location where you’ll discover the comical Kerotan perched on a sizable log remnant of a tree. Just remember to watch out for the vigilant guard patrolling in the vicinity. However, aside from that, this Kerotan is quite conspicuous and simple to locate.
