The game titled “Abiotic Factor” has been available in early access for a year, but it recently released a significant update, signifying its transition out of early access. As the game is now officially launched as version 1.0, there have been numerous changes and fresh content incorporated into the game. In this latest update, we’ve incorporated numerous new features, as well as tweaked certain existing ones, such as the Repair & Salvage Station. Let’s explore most of the key new additions and a brief explanation of what they do:

  • Quantum Pick – This item is a throwable pick that will return to you after a brief moment, making it a decent weapon that essentially never runs out.
  • Database Terminal – This thing lets you take items from nearby storage containers without having to individually check each of them. It is a huge quality of life upgrade for your base, so try to make it as soon as you can. Just take note that it requires power.
  • Cracked Lodestone – Using some fragments, you can craft one of these items and then heat it up for a proper lodestone. You can perform this process at a convectionoven, and it takes a bit of time to heat up properly.
  • Super Stove 4000 – It is exactly as it states in its own description. This thing is a huge stove that has four slots, allowing you to cook that many meals all at once.
  • Hardlight Saber – This is a two handed sword that does a lot of extra damage against shields, and you can even use it to deflect projectiles. You are not a jedi master, however, so do not expect the deflection effect to trigger every time.
  • R.A.I.N Shower – This thing lets you clean yourself up and remove any dirt or radiation from your body. It requires clean water, though.
  • Compact Storage Crate – It is exactly what the name implies, which is a storage container that only takes up a small amount of space when put down. It has a large capacity, however, so do not let the size fool you!
  • Cubicles – There are various types of office cubicle walls that you can craft and place in your base. They are great for organizing your base or making it look a little neater in general, though that is really all it is good for.
  • Enhancement Bench – This is great for upgrading items, and you can determine which items can be used in this crafting station by paying attention to blue arrows in items’ icons.
