To find all the collectibles in The Howl area of Borderlands 4, you need to locate and disable two Propaganda Speakers. Not only does this help you complete the area’s exploration, but it also reduces annoying noise pollution. This guide will show you exactly where to find both of them quickly and easily!

Southeastern Border

Let’s start with the Propaganda Speaker located in the southeastern corner of The Howl. You’ll find it near the region’s edge, as shown in the image. It’s easy to spot and hack because it’s out in the open and doesn’t have any enemies guarding it. A little luck is always welcome for Vault Hunters, and this is a nice break!

Western Ripper Camp

Okay, so things took a turn! I just found out where the final Propaganda Speaker in this area is – it’s way out west in The Howl. Don’t worry, I’ve already marked it on the map for you, so you can head straight there.

As you can see from the title, you’ll find yourself right in the middle of a Ripper camp. You’ll need to either fight the Rippers or sneak past them to avoid a battle. We suggest entering the camp from the east to avoid getting stuck by invisible barriers.

Head to the top of the camp to locate the Propaganda Speaker tower. It’s best to eliminate any nearby Rippers first, so they don’t interrupt you while you’re hacking it.
