Allison Williams keeps it real when it comes to beauty secrets.
As I, Williams, turned 37, I decided to share my experience of getting Botox injections while gracing The Kelly Clarkson Show during my M3GAN 2.0 press tour on a Tuesday, June 24. In this episode, I opened up about the inception of my podcast, “Landlines,” which I embarked upon with two friends back in 2024.
She clarified that her show covers a wide range of topics, not solely focused on parenting, but also encompasses discussions about growing older, hormonal changes, cosmetic procedures like Botox, and general life experiences.
Williams then caught Clarkson’s eyes staring at her forehead, examining her for signs of Botox.
“You looked at my forehead,” Williams quipped. “There’s Botox in there.”
After that, they both burst out laughing. “How clever!” Williams said, while Clarkson, aged 43, tumbled to the ground in fits of laughter.

Clarkson explained that after hearing someone mention Botox, she couldn’t help but take a closer look at the actress. “I was curious,” she admitted, “and when I saw a slight line, I thought, ‘Ah, it doesn’t seem so obvious after all.’
“I can’t move it,” Williams joked.
Actress from the movie “Get Out” recounted the most amusing incident involving Botox that occurred immediately following her weaning of son Arlo, born in 2021 with partner Alexander Dreymon.
During that period, she began introducing Arlo to books depicting human emotions, though she had recently undergone a Botox treatment.
She said, “Mama’s crying,” and I responded with a worried “Oh dear.” Laughing, she admitted, “I guess all my feelings will appear the same. I thought, ‘I’ll need to create noises to match these expressions.’
During her press tours, Williams allows the muscle relaxant to dissolve rather than consuming it, ensuring that her acting characters can accurately portray emotions while filming.
Clarkson, for her part, has not experimented with the injection.
