The Summer House love triangle saga continues…
Following confirmation that West Wilson and Amanda Batula are dating, Amanda was seen with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Kyle Cooke, in photos published by Page Six. This marks the first time she’s been photographed since the news of her relationship with West became public.
Amanda, wearing gray pants, black sneakers, a large brown leather jacket, and a baseball cap, was seen chatting with Kyle, who was in blue shorts and a cream zip-up, while they walked their dogs. In a separate photo, 34-year-old Amanda was pictured hugging a fellow cast member from Bravo.
This news follows Kyle publicly supporting Amanda after fans reacted angrily to her new relationship with West, especially because Kyle used to date Amanda’s close friend, Ciara Miller. Despite their recent split – announced in January – Kyle believes Amanda doesn’t deserve the negative attention she’s receiving.
Kyle shared his concerns about Amanda in a TikTok video with journalist Adam Glyn on April 1st. He explained that he spoke with her before and after her public statement, and while he doesn’t excuse any wrongdoing, he believes she’s currently facing a lot of online harassment and cyberbullying.
He explained that Amanda understands she made a mistake and is struggling to deal with it, but she’s currently unwell.
But Kyle, 43, had less grace for West.
He said it appears West is dating several women simultaneously. It’s frustrating to see, especially since so many people are now following him while Amanda is getting a lot of negative attention. He just feels sorry for her.

Kyle spoke up after Amanda publicly confirmed she was dating West, following speculation online about their relationship.
We never meant to keep our relationship a secret,” the couple explained in a joint statement on Instagram. “Because of the complex situation and the attention we get from being on TV, we needed some time to figure things out privately before sharing the news.
We’ve been friends for a long time, supporting each other through everything life has thrown our way. This recent development in our relationship was a complete surprise to both of us. Because our connection started as a strong, established friendship, we knew we had to handle things thoughtfully.

Ciara Miller and West Wilson found love on the set of Summer House season eight in 2023, and their connection continued off-screen as well.
However, their romance wouldn’t last long, with the costars breaking up at the end of that year.
Their difficult breakup created tension at the summer house for the next two years. Ciara wrestled with whether to forgive the sports reporter for hurting her and consider getting back together.

After a rocky four-year marriage filled with disagreements, Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke have decided to separate, just before the tenth season of their Bravo series is set to premiere in 2026.
The couple announced on Instagram on January 19th that they have decided to separate. They shared a joint statement saying the decision was mutual and made with kindness, and they asked for privacy and support as they both focus on themselves and move forward.
Amanda and Kyle, who got married in September 2021, shared that it feels strange to ask for privacy, as they’ve always been open and honest about their relationship. They asked for kindness and respect as they begin a new chapter in their lives.
It was honestly heartbreaking to watch their relationship fall apart on the show. We, as viewers, felt like we were right there with them, seeing all their struggles unfold. It was like having a front-row seat to their breakup, and it was tough to watch them go through it.

Okay, so everyone’s been buzzing about Amanda and West lately! It all started when some sightings of them looking very cozy in New York City hit the internet – specifically, the popular gossip site Deuxmoi reported it on March 5th. Things seemed to escalate quickly from there, and the rumors just spread like crazy!
Addressing rumors, West dismissed the speculation during a March 24th appearance on Watch What Happens Live. He explained that she was recently single and had previously dated people she’d met while socializing. He clarified they were simply spending time together in New York, saying he wanted to show her around the city.
The journalist said, “She’s a close friend – someone I really care about.”

After news spread about a possible relationship between West and Amanda, some of their fellow cast members spoke out with their reactions.
On March 29th, Carl Radke posted a confused-looking photo to his Instagram Stories. Lindsay Hubbard and KJ Dillard quickly followed suit, sharing similar expressions of confusion on their own social media accounts.
Austen Kroll, a fellow reality TV star and friend to several cast members of Summer House, appeared to weigh in on the drama. On March 29th, he posted to his Instagram Stories, “Apparently, dating your friends’ exes and eating pasta are both trending again.”

Amanda and West publicly confirmed the rumors were true in a surprising joint statement posted on Instagram on March 31.
We never meant to keep our relationship a secret,” they explained in an Instagram Story. “Because things were complicated, and we knew being on a reality show meant everyone would be watching, we needed some time to figure things out privately before talking about it.
We understand this situation has only affected us and we never intended to cause any pain or seem irresponsible. We’re grateful for your understanding and respect as we work through this.

As news broke about West and Amanda’s relationship, it was a tough day for Ciara. I saw photos of her in New York City, clearly needing a shoulder to lean on from a friend. It quickly became clear that her friends and fellow cast members were rallying around her, and honestly, things started to feel a little divided amongst the group as everyone reacted to this whole situation. It’s never easy seeing a friend go through something like this, and the support – or lack thereof – really started to show.
Amanda’s soon-to-be ex-husband, Kyle Cooke, appeared to make light of their ongoing issues by posting a selfie with Ciara on Instagram on March 30th.
Paige DeSorbo, from Summer House, shared a supportive comment on Ciara’s Instagram, simply writing, “Ur perfect.” Lindsay Hubbard and Dara Levitan, who joined the show in season 10, also showed their support for Ciara, with Lindsay calling the post “Perfection” and Dara adding, “And that’s how you do it.”

Two days after Amanda and West went public, Kyle slammed his former friend for moving in on his ex.
He told journalist Adam Glyn in a TikTok video posted in April that he felt deeply betrayed. “He ended our friendship really quickly,” he said. “I just don’t understand – what happened to loyalty between friends?”
Kyle also insinuated West’s intentions were calculated.
He told Adam that West is skilled at understanding his audience and knows exactly how to appeal to women. People are impressed by what seems like a positive change in West, but he’s really just carefully crafting his image to gain support.
