The Fallout TV series is already halfway through its second season, but Amazon surprised fans by announcing another new Fallout show, currently called ‘Fallout Shelter.’ This new series isn’t connected to the mobile game of the same name that we looked at back in 2017.
The new show is a reality TV competition based on the popular video game series, Fallout, according to its official website.
In this show, participants—called Dwellers—will live together in hidden, high-tech Vaults similar to those featured in the popular TV series and games. They’ll face challenges designed to test their core abilities: Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck—collectively known as S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
Throughout the competition, players will face challenges that test their friendships and alliances. They’ll have to navigate power plays, social drama, and shifting loyalties – similar to the complex social dynamics seen in the Vaults from the games, ultimately determining who can rise to the top.
If anybody manages to complete these challenges, they will be rewarded with a huge cash prize.
If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to live in a Vault from the Fallout video games, you can apply to be a contestant on the Fallout Shelter experience! Just visit the official website and fill out an application.
The deadline to submit your application is February 15, 2026, but Amazon reserves the right to close applications earlier or extend the deadline at any time, without giving prior notice.

Are you looking forward to the new Fallout reality TV show? Will you be competing for the prize money, or will you be watching from home?
