American rock band drop MAJOR hint they are set to perform surprise set at Glastonbury – after Lewis Capaldi and Lorde shocked festival-goers

American rock group Haim may be planning an unannounced performance at Glastonbury on Saturday night, as suggested by a significant clue they’ve shared.

Earlier this year, the roster for the renowned old festival held at Worthy Farm was unveiled, and now, Glastonbury has disclosed the performance schedules for the upcoming weekend.

However, although the majority of spots were taken by this year’s much-awaited artists, some spaces were marked as “To Be Announced” (TBA).

One of the available timeslots is the highlighted period between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM, scheduled for The Park Stage on Saturday evening.

In a recent Radio 2 interview, Los Angeles band Haim (made up of Este, Danielle, and Alana Haim) have strongly suggested they will be attending Glastonbury.

The team with 1.5 million followers on Instagram posted a photo of The Park Stage on their Instagram Stories, a few hours prior to an unoccupied performance slot.

During an interview with the BBC, singer Este, aged 39, addressed speculation about a potential Glastonbury performance, stating, “As for that, we’ve got a show in Margate scheduled for June 27th.

We adore The Park Stage, as it’s reminiscent of our initial visit to Glastonbury. There’s something magical about it – it seemed straight out of a film.

It felt similar to wondering, “What’s happening? How did we end up here?” Just as you can’t forget the initial moment when you set foot on a farm for the first time.

It’s an indescribable sensation, one that I believe is unrivaled. The event was simply extraordinary; it’s my favorite festival globally.

Lewis Capaldi and Lorde sent supporters into a frenzy with their surprise sets on Friday. 

So much anticipation surrounded Lorde, the 28-year-old New Zealander, that festival organizers had to briefly shut down the Woodsies Stage before she took the stage.

However, following the 11:30 am performance of her show on a Friday, the Ribs singer excited fans when she shed her T-shirt to reveal a revealing bra and sang along to her well-known songs.

For the event, Lorde chose to wear her long, sleek black hair loose and donned a monochromatic white ensemble featuring straight-legged jeans and a simple white tee.

Lorde opted for an all-white outfit at the gathering, with her dark hair cascading freely down her back. She paired her look with straight-leg jeans and a plain t-shirt.

In simpler terms, Lewis made his comeback to Glastonbury towards the end of the day, where he emotionally announced “I’m back!” during a surprise performance on the Pyramid Stage.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I find it heartwarming to recall my own experience witnessing the Scottish singer receive thunderous cheers from the vast audience at Worthy Farm – a moment long awaited after a two-year gap since his struggle with Tourette’s forced an abrupt halt to his performance at the festival and put his career on hold.

Overjoyed to be before a crowd once more, he emotionally declared, “I wasn’t certain two years ago if I would return to this stage, but here I am!

Lewis sang several well-known tunes, and at one point, he momentarily held back tears while performing his fresh release, Survive. This song underscores the challenging phase in his career that came after his last performance at Glastonbury.

The crowd, filled with emotion, was spotted shedding tears and chanting his name prior to joining together in a heartfelt performance of the smash hit “Someone You Loved”.

During an heartfelt address, Lewis expressed: ‘I’m overjoyed to return to Glastonbury. I won’t say much more up here today, as speaking may cause me to shed tears, but I can’t express enough gratitude for your presence here.’

Give it another try, I’m sure it will go smoothly this time! Today’s session is brief, but I felt compelled to return and complete what I left unfinished previously. Plus, it seems everyone knew about it already.

Many well-known artists from around the globe have not performed yet over the coming weekend. The legendary Neil Young is slated to be the main act at the festival on Saturday, while Olivia Rodrigo will bring the weekend to a close with her performance on Sunday.

For the remainder of the event, you can expect appearances by The Script, Kaiser Chiefs, Raye, The Libertines, Noah Kahan, and numerous other performers.
