
Streaming services are always changing, and titles often disappear as licensing agreements end or platforms shift. Netflix is no exception – while they’ve added new shows and movies in December, they’ve also removed some. Fans of a popular teen supernatural drama only have a few days left to watch it on Netflix before it’s gone, as it’s being removed ahead of its third season premiere next month.
The young adult series School Spirits, created by Megan and Nate Trinrud, follows a teenager investigating her own disappearance while stuck between life and death at her high school. Currently available on Netflix, the show will be removed from the platform on December 31st. Originally debuting on Paramount+ in March 2023, School Spirits was the first major original series from that platform licensed to Netflix in the US. The second season never aired on Netflix, and now, all eight episodes will be gone just weeks before the premiere of Season 3 on January 28, 2026.

Where to Stream School Spirits After It Leaves Netflix?
Unfortunately, Season 2 of School Spirits won’t be available on Netflix. Fans have just a few days left to finish watching Season 1 before it moves exclusively to Paramount+, where both seasons will be available. Season 3 will premiere on Paramount+ on January 28th with three episodes, followed by new episodes released weekly until the season ends in March.
