According to their plans, Capcom is successfully bringing every Mega Man game that has been created onto both the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
The publisher has unveiled another installment in the Legacy Collection, specifically gathering the Star Force series which initially launched on the Nintendo DS.
Before we progress any further into this article, here’s the lineup of games:
- Mega Man Star Force Leo
- Mega Man Star Force Dragon
- Mega Man Star Force Pegasus
- Mega Man Star Force 2 Zerker x Ninja
- Mega Man Star Force 2 Zerker x Saurian
- Mega Man Star Force 3 Black Ace
- Mega Man Star Force 3 Red Joker

Many games are available, indeed, but a distinctive quality they share is that they emulate the Pokémon style, in which different versions of the game have similar core content, with minor variations such as unique boss encounters and card collections being the main distinctions.
In other news, this game is a role-playing strategy where characters fight using cards, inspired by the Mega Man Battle Network series, which itself has multiple compilations for PlayStation platforms.
Engaging in combat is presented from a dynamic, third-person viewpoint (over the shoulder), yet it’s the cards that will serve as your means to inflict harm upon your adversaries.
As a gaming enthusiast, I’ve always had a soft spot for the old-school Mega Man series. Although some of these games didn’t receive extraordinary reviews back in the day, they still managed to find their way into many gamers’ collections due to their decent sales. Now, with these classic titles making their way onto the PS5 and PS4, I can’t help but feel a surge of excitement! It’s great to see the return of Mega Man, and I’m confident that this collection will be a hit among fans like myself.
