Andy Cohen isn’t pleading the fifth this time.
Andy Cohen, host of Watch What Happens Live, was upset with Sarah Michelle Gellar‘s very direct opinions about the current season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. He was especially bothered that she shared those thoughts during an interview in the same building where his radio show is recorded.
I was so shocked to hear that someone was claiming Sarah Michelle Gellar disliked the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills – especially with Radio Andy logos all over the place! Honestly, it really bothered me. I mean, why would you invite someone onto my show just to let them trash it? It feels disrespectful, and I think it’s fair to expect a little more consideration – like maybe keeping the studio door locked when I’m not there. It’s just common courtesy, really.
He advised against sharing it widely on social media, pointing out that it prominently featured ‘Andy’ associated with SMG.
Sarah, who has two children, Ben, age 7, and Lucy, age 3, also said, “She’s wrong, by the way.”
Just a few days before, the famous horror movie actress was very direct when asked if she liked the current season of the popular reality show.
“No,” she said during an appearance on Page Six Radio March 18. “I think it’s boring.”

Okay, so everyone is AMAZING – Rachel Zoe is a queen, and Bozoma Saint John? Seriously iconic. Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly are just the best friends anyone could ask for on this show! But, I’m still trying to get on board with Amanda Frances, you know? I’m hoping she’ll win me over, but I’m not quite there yet. I’m working on it, honestly!
She explained that appearing on the show requires vulnerability and honesty, and she believes the other person didn’t understand that.
Okay, so Jennifer Love Hewitt was talking about the show, and honestly, I couldn’t believe it! But Bozoma, she gets it. She totally came back at Jennifer, saying we’re actually seeing real life with these cast members, and I’m so here for it! It’s not manufactured drama, it’s just…them! I’m so glad someone is finally saying what I’ve been thinking all along.
She explained to Page Six that life is genuinely complex, and sometimes you need to acknowledge that depth without needing big events to happen. While there’s a lot going on in everyone’s lives – personal struggles and challenges – it doesn’t always mean conflict with others. It’s important to create room for those individual experiences and allow space for that personal drama to unfold.
Everyone’s still talking about Sarah’s opinions on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but now you can see TopMob’s complete ranking of all the Real Housewives stars!

Bravo’s show about Washington D.C. featured four women—Mary Amons, Lynda Erkiletian, Cat Ommanney, and Stacie Scott Turner—who didn’t exactly make a lasting impression. And then there was one woman who was so eager for attention, she actually crashed a party at the White House. We’ll be talking about her a bit later.

Who?

Vaguely familiar, but…

Once upon a time, DeShawn starred on the same TV show as NeNe Leakes. Surprising, we know.

This one-season Housewife brought nothing to the Orange County table.

The newest cast member on The Real Housewives of Utah had a dramatic and short-lived run on the show. In January 2022, Jennie was let go after old, offensive Facebook posts with racially insensitive content were discovered online. She later issued an apology, but the show had already decided to remove her from the cast.

Her defining trait was “cougar.”

I have to say, Dr. Jen wasn’t really one for causing trouble during season 16. Honestly, even her little issues with Ryne – or was it Ryan? – weren’t that interesting. But I’ll never forget when she got totally tipsy on wine at the Dubrows’ dinner party! It was such a weird night, but completely captivating to watch.

Oh my god, that first season… let’s just say it was a disaster, and it all comes down to one thing – I’m trying so hard not to even say it – but it was “Esophagus-gate.” Seriously, the whole thing was just… ugh. I’m still recovering, honestly. I wish I could erase it from my memory!

Katie frequently discussed her charitable endeavors, but didn’t offer much substance when filming. She appeared briefly and then didn’t really participate as a supportive friend. Plus, leaving the cast’s trip early is generally considered a major mistake for a reality TV personality.

Charrisse is mostly remembered for her highly publicized marital issues during her two seasons on the show, and her famously lavish champagne room.

A one-and-done Housewife, Shamari was at least fun?

Although it was refreshing to see some diversity on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Peggy ended up being a difficult cast member in season 12. She frequently started strange arguments, often over misunderstandings of simple words, and her decision to isolate herself during the Iceland trip showed she wasn’t well-suited for the show’s lifestyle.

Okay, so honestly, I was SO disappointed with how they handled Nneka’s first season! Instead of letting her connect with Wendy – imagine how amazing it would have been to see them bond over being Nigerian women on the show?! – the whole storyline was just… about this crazy accusation that Wendy’s mom was a witch! I mean, seriously?! It was all drama and no substance. I really wanted to see them find some common ground and build a friendship, but it just never happened. It was such a missed opportunity!

Noella brought a lot of chaotic energy to season 16. Although viewers felt for her – her husband, James, unexpectedly filed for divorce right before filming began – it was her ongoing conflict with Heather Dubrow that kept her from being the least popular cast member. Perhaps with more time on the show, viewers will connect with Noella.

It’s rare to see a Real Housewife’s reputation decline so quickly. She went from being a peacemaker in her first season to facing accusations of anti-Semitism and constantly complaining – all sparked by a cake incident – in her final season.

It seemed like Amber and her husband, Jim, were acting out of desperation. And Jim, in particular, appeared much more caught up in the drama than she was, which didn’t look good for either of them.

The only thing most people recall about Karent is that she worked as a dentist, and apparently her colleagues didn’t get along with her. Moving on!

This was a real person with a show on Bravo. We promise.

Jules was only on RHONY for one season, so it’s hard to place her higher on a ranking list. Still, she definitely brought the drama during her time on the show.

It’s rare for a new cast member to be disliked so quickly, but Amanda Francis, who joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in season 15, immediately rubbed many Bravo viewers the wrong way.
Amanda, who is a financial advisor and calls herself the “Money Queen,” didn’t make a good impression on either her fellow cast members or viewers. People were turned off by her focus on possessions and the unreliable financial guidance she offered.
What really showed she wasn’t cut out to be a Housewife was her unwillingness to argue with the other cast members. It’s a tough role, and it’s not for everyone.

So unnecessary they couldn’t even get individual taglines.

Similar to Sara Al Madani, Nina was a successful Arab woman who skillfully balanced a modern lifestyle with her cultural heritage. She generally stayed out of the season’s conflicts and, at times, didn’t receive as much attention as her more outgoing co-stars.

Taleen joined the second season of RHODubai and made a positive impression, but it’s hard to fully evaluate her after just one season on the show.

Angel really struggled during her first season as a Housewife. As the wife of former NFL player Bobby Massie, she repeatedly tried to connect with the other women, but they seemed to enjoy watching her fail to find her place in the group.
Even though things didn’t go perfectly, it’s a pretty amazing story that her glamping trip in Colorado resulted in the whole group getting lost and having to eat gas station food.
Definitely a first for the Housewives.

Though known from America’s Next Top Model, she didn’t make a big impact on The Real Housewives of Atlanta beyond being visibly pregnant throughout her time on the show. She did deliver a memorable confrontation with Marlo Hampton while in Tokyo, though!

Usually, we like to see how a new Housewife does over at least one full season before ranking them highly. But Katie made a huge impact right away on season 18 of RHOC, immediately challenging veteran cast member Heather Dubrow. It takes guts to question someone as established as Heather!

To be frank, Stephanie wasn’t a favorite of ours. Although she had the potential to be a compelling Housewife due to her wealth, we were turned off by how she repeatedly used her private jet to control and intimidate the other women on season seven. It just didn’t sit right with us.
Maybe Steph can redeem herself if she returns for season eight.

You know, Sara just always seemed so… serene. It was lovely, truly, though it didn’t exactly make for wild headlines – except maybe that time she gave Caroline Brooks some parenting advice that didn’t land so well! But what I really admire about her is how she completely redefined what it means to be a modern Muslim woman in the Middle East. She broke all the molds, and that’s something to celebrate.

The new cast members on season 13 of RHONJ quickly fell into the familiar pattern of New Jersey Housewives, getting caught up in a silly, season-long argument that even Andy Cohen admitted was pointless. Sadly, they didn’t offer much more depth in season 14 either.
