Andy Cohen Details 2 Cosmetic Procedures Behind NYE Transformation

Watch what happens when Andy Cohen is faced with plastic surgery rumors.

The popular Bravo personality responded to rumors that he had plastic surgery before co-hosting CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live with his friend Anderson Cooper.

Oh my god, Andy said he’s flattered by all the talk about how different he looks! He actually loves that we’re all obsessing over whether he’s had work done – it’s just amazing to me that he acknowledges and enjoys it! I was listening to Andy Cohen Live on SiriusXM on January 5th, and he said it himself – he’s living for the speculation about his face. Seriously, it’s the best!

The 57-year-old explained that he hadn’t had plastic surgery, but instead had a very small amount of Botox and four minor veneers on his front teeth to improve his appearance.

Andy also mentioned he was experimenting with his makeup that night, using more bronzer than he normally would.

Anderson remembered his makeup artist asking if he was alright. He told her he was fine and asked her to apply more tanning lotion to warm up his look.

Andy chuckled, recalling the reaction to his choice. “People kept saying it looked really rough,” he explained.

2025 brought some transformations for Andy. He shared that, along with some cosmetic procedures, he lost a significant amount of weight by using a GLP-1 medication – a type 2 diabetes drug like Ozempic or Mounjaro – which has become popular in Hollywood for weight loss.

Andy, father to 6-year-old Ben and 3-year-old Lucy, recently shared on his radio show that he was very unhappy with his weight. He explained that his doctor had discussed GLP-1 medication with him last year, not just to help him feel better about his weight, but also to address plaque buildup in his arteries and high blood pressure.

He explained that the medication helps with many aspects of health, and he ultimately decided to approve it.

Andy also lost weight by stopping unnecessary snacking and following a very strict exercise plan.

As he noted, “My fitness has never been better.”

For more stars speaking out about using Ozempic and other GLP-1 drugs to lose weight, read on.

Long before appearing on Dancing With the Stars, the star of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives shared that she was using semaglutide injections—known as Ozempic and Wegovy—to help with weight loss.

She revealed on YouTube in January 2023 that she’s found something that helps her lose fat, explaining she believes it’s simply eliminated through urination.

In October 2025, the star of Queer Eye revealed they began using a GLP-1 medication after experiencing a health issue in 2023.

After experiencing a health scare, Jonathan decided to schedule a colonoscopy. If the results were normal, he planned to try a GLP-1 medication, as he simply wasn’t feeling well.

Jonathan shared that he’s in the best shape of his life after losing weight and starting Pilates at Solidcore. He said he’s always wanted to have visible abdominal muscles, and now he finally does. He feels great and is enjoying showing off his new physique.

Even after losing seventy pounds with medication, Jonathan continued to champion body positivity.

They explained that they believe in body neutrality – the idea that your value as a person isn’t tied to how you look. Everyone deserves love and appreciation, regardless of their body type.

The comedian began taking the medication Mounjaro for Type 2 diabetes in late 2022. She revealed her significant weight loss in May 2025.

Rosie shared on Instagram, expressing her disbelief at her current self, along with the hashtags #mounjaro, #weightloss, and #bodydismorphia.

Meghan Trainor and her husband, Daryl Sabara, bonded over shared challenges after welcoming their son, Riley, in 2021. They successfully completed the 75 Hard challenge, as Meghan shared on their podcast, Workin’ On It. Soon after, they noticed many friends – and even some doctors – were using medications like Mounjaro and Ozempic.

I’m so inspired by Daryl and Meghan! They both decided to start with the smallest possible dose of Mounjaro, and they’re really committed to a healthy lifestyle, pairing it with exercise and eating well. Meghan said they’re doing this whole thing together, and it’s amazing to see their dedication to this journey!

Kendra Wilkinson, known from the show Girls Next Door, tried a weight loss injection once. She announced it on Instagram in April 2025, saying she only had one dose before deciding to stop and throwing the injection away.

The model explained she didn’t want to take any chances with her health. As a mother of two, she’d heard frightening stories about people needing emergency room visits and surgeries, and she wanted to avoid that at all costs.

In March 2025, the host of the Golden Globes spoke out in support of Ozempic, encouraging people to be more comfortable discussing their use of the drug.

She enthusiastically shared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that she fully supports anyone considering Ozempic. ‘I’m all for it,’ she said, adding, ‘I have no problem with anyone making that choice.’

She explained that she wants to encourage open conversations about weight loss, because she believes there’s a lot of unnecessary shame surrounding it. She feels this shame mostly comes from people who prefer her to stay larger, and are upset by her progress. She believes they feel threatened by her confidence and personality now that she’s changing.

The model stated in December 2024 that she previously used Ozempic, but she quit taking it when she began competing on Dancing With the Stars the prior autumn.

Nader admitted to trying the viral trend when it first started, saying everyone else was doing it too. He said it initially made him feel sick to his stomach, but he actually enjoyed it. However, he couldn’t continue while also competing on Dancing with the Stars.

Brooks explained that the medication made her lose some of her desire and energy to exercise. She chose to focus on dancing instead, so she stopped getting injections.

In November 2024, Dog the Bounty Hunter’s daughter revealed she’d lost 58 pounds over ten months by changing her diet and using the medication Tirzepatide. She said she now feels proud of her progress and how she looks.

Before discovering a treatment that suited her, she had a difficult experience with Ozempic. She told TopMob News, “I really disliked it. It made me feel nauseous whenever I tried to eat, and sometimes I couldn’t eat anything at all. My body just didn’t react well to it.”

Okay, so everyone’s been asking about how I’ve been looking lately, especially comparing seasons 14 and 15 of The Real Housewives of New York City. Honestly, there’s been a lot of talk about whether I’ve had work done, and I just want to set the record straight – it’s all natural! I’m just feeling good and taking care of myself, and I think that really shines through.

As a longtime fan, I’ve noticed it’s just become second nature for people to immediately speculate about what reality stars have done – whether it’s surgery, or if they’re using something like Ozempic. But honestly, she really hates the idea of Ozempic! She’s said she’d never inject herself with it, and I totally get that.

After fans on social media wondered if Lizzo had used the drug Ozempic to lose weight, sparked by a photo showing her looking slimmer, the singer posted a video. The video used a popular sound clip from the movie Django Unchained featuring Christoph Waltz’s character saying, “It’s like a reward.”

Later, though, the musician admitted she gave some injectibles a shot.

Lizzo explained to Trisha Paytas on the Just Trish podcast in June 2025 why she stopped taking GLP-1 medications before completing her weight loss journey. She said that medications like Ozempic work by reducing appetite, making you feel fuller with less food. However, she believes that if you can control your eating habits and mindset on your own, you can achieve the same results without medication.

Kate Moss‘ little sis revealed why getting on Ozempic was “the worst decision I ever made,” during a September 2024 episode of her Dream On podcast.

The model became sick after accidentally taking a dose of medication intended for someone weighing over 220 pounds, and had to be treated in the emergency room because they couldn’t keep food or water down.

She explained that she became so dehydrated she actually had a seizure, which she described as the most frightening experience of her life. Her friend had to hold her feet to keep her still, and she remembers her face and body becoming tightly clenched and tense during the ordeal.

I was really surprised to read in Page Six back in April that Jon Gosselin lost a full 32 pounds in just two months! He said he did it with semaglutide injections – it’s the generic version of Ozempic, and it seems to have worked wonders for him.

“You know what’s annoying?” he said. “The regret of not starting it 10 years ago.”

Okay, so I’m obsessed with Ree Drummond, the Pioneer Woman, and I was SO relieved when she posted on her blog back in March 2024! There were rumors going around that she’d lost 50 pounds back in 2022 because of drugs like Ozempic, but she totally shut that down! She said it wasn’t from any of those things, and honestly, it made me love her even more. I just needed to know the truth!

She emphasized that she would never criticize anyone for making that choice.

In August 2023, the actor from 30 Rock shared on Today With Hoda and Jenna that he lost weight using Ozempic, which reduced his appetite.

In March 2024, he revealed a surprising update about his health. Appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, he joked, “I’ve actually gained 40 pounds – I’ve learned to eat more than Ozempic can handle!”

He later told TopMob News that he’d been joking about Ozempic, and actually felt it had helped him, saying, “Ozempic did great by me and I was glad to use it.”

The star of The Real Housewives of Dubai recently revealed she used Ozempic after experiencing a midlife crisis at age 45.

Caroline Stanbury admitted on her podcast, Uncut & Uncensored, that it’s incredibly difficult to lose weight after turning 40. She explained that many women around her age have asked how she’s managed to stay in shape, and she was honest about using the weight-loss drug Ozempic, which she believes is a very effective tool if accessible.

During a July 2024 appearance on Watch What Happens Live, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star stated she doesn’t use Ozempic. She jokingly followed up by admitting she’s actually using Mounjaro, and expressed her happiness with her current weight and energy levels.

A former cast member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta shared that she wasn’t successful in losing weight using the medication she tried.

She explained that a certain treatment didn’t reduce her hunger at all. Unlike some people who lost their appetite, she continued to eat normally – appetizers, a full meal, and even dessert. She shared this in June 2024, adding that seeing it work for others while not helping her left her feeling down and questioning why she wasn’t experiencing the same results.

I’m not a medical expert, but I’ve been following the discussions around different treatments and know a lot about what seems to be effective and what doesn’t. I believe Ozempic can be helpful for some, but it also carries potential risks.

Former Little Mix member Perrie Edwards, who has previously discussed her battle with anorexia, said it was hard to ignore online rumors about her weight and whether she was using the drug Ozempic.

In an August 2025 interview with The Guardian, Jade admitted she constantly struggles with the temptation to try Ozempic. While she understands why others use it, she worries that, given her past struggles with eating disorders, it could be a dangerous path for her.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen so many post-baby pressures, and it’s sadly not surprising to hear about this. Apparently, the actress known from Beverly Hills, 90210 reportedly tried a weight-loss drug after welcoming her son, Beau, back in 2017. It just highlights how much pressure there is on women to ‘bounce back’ quickly after having a baby, and it’s a reminder that self-care and realistic expectations are key.

She mentioned on her podcast in April 2024 that Ozempic wasn’t effective for her, but Mounjaro was, and she was able to lose weight with it.

The actress explained to Francesca Amiker of TopMob News that it’s crucial to remember medications are prescribed for specific individuals and shouldn’t be used simply for cosmetic reasons.

Raven said, “Take care of business, but please make sure those who truly need the medicine get it.”

In September 2023, the host of Talk U.K. shared that she lost 42 pounds after using the medication Ozempic earlier that year.

She told TopMob News that the decision is entirely personal. She also clarified that using aids to help with weight loss isn’t something to be ashamed of, and is perfectly acceptable.

She added, “We don’t have to bulls–t.”

Sharon’s daughter has also weighed in on the Ozempic trend.

“It’s fantastic,” the former star of Fashion Police told TopMob News in January 2024. “There are so many ways to lose weight, so why not choose one that’s more enjoyable than just exercising?”

Kate Winslet, known for her role in Titanic and previously scrutinized by the tabloids for her weight, has spoken out about the current focus on weight loss.

Honestly, I hadn’t really heard of Ozempic until recently. As I shared with The New York Times Magazine earlier this year, I just knew it was something people were talking about – a pill some folks were using, but I wasn’t familiar with the details.

“Oh, my God,” Kate remarked after learning about the injectable. “This sounds terrible.”

In December 2023, the star of The Hills shared that she had recently lost 22 pounds without using Ozempic. She told Page Six that she believes there are no easy fixes when it comes to weight loss, and she wouldn’t consider using a drug like Ozempic herself. She didn’t want to call out any other celebrities who might be using it, but made it clear it wasn’t something she’d ever do.

Heidi said she’s looking for something sustainable and isn’t afraid of hard work.

During her June 8, 2023 appearance on Watch What Happens Live, the Trainwreck star openly criticized celebrities for being dishonest about using Ozempic to lose weight.

She said it seems like everyone is trying Ozempic, and people are being dishonest about it. “They claim they’re just eating smaller portions, but that’s not true,” she told Andy Cohen, who has also spoken out about the trend. “If you’re losing weight, you’re either using Ozempic or something similar, or you’ve had cosmetic procedures. Let’s just be honest about it.”

Senator Schumer, known for being honest about her health choices, explained, “Just be upfront with people. When I had liposuction, I openly said I did.”

She shared that she quickly became interested in Ozempic in 2022, but ultimately stopped taking the medication—originally designed for Type 2 diabetes—because it interfered with her ability to enjoy time with her son, Gene.

I remember being too sick to play with my son,” Schumer shared. “I was really thin at the time, and he was throwing a ball at me, but I just didn’t have the energy to react.

Dr. Drew recently told TopMob News that people have complicated reactions to shows like Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. He explained that while viewers are often fascinated, they also tend to be critical and judgmental, which is a strange combination.

He added that if a treatment could be beneficial, people should definitely consider trying it.

Forget winter, a hot take is coming.

The former Game of Thrones star didn’t hold back when discussing Ozempic and its advertising.

On April 5, 2023, the actress shared a post on her Instagram Story from writer Sophie Vershbow. Vershbow had tweeted a strong reaction to advertisements for Ozempic, a weight-loss drug, which she saw in the Times Square subway station, saying she was very upset by them. The ads Vershbow shared in her tweet highlighted the ease of using the drug, with phrases like “One shot to lose weight” and “A weekly shot to lose weight.”

Turner adding her own commentary, writing, “WTF.”

Novo Nordisk, the company that makes Ozempic, has stated that the drug is not currently approved by the FDA for long-term weight loss.

Novo Nordisk, the maker of Ozempic, acknowledges that some doctors are prescribing the drug for weight loss, even though it’s not officially approved for that purpose. However, the company doesn’t promote or encourage this practice and is committed to following all U.S. laws and regulations regarding how its products are marketed. Novo Nordisk believes doctors are making appropriate decisions based on each patient’s specific health needs.

As someone who follows wellness trends closely, I’ve been hearing a lot about Ozempic lately, and it’s concerning to see how easily it’s being prescribed. Comedian Chelsea Handler recently shared her experience – she apparently received a prescription from her doctor without fully understanding what the medication was for. It really highlights the importance of open communication with your healthcare provider and being fully informed about any treatment you’re receiving. It’s not something to take lightly, and understanding the potential implications is crucial.

She revealed on the January 25, 2023 episode of Call Her Daddy that she hadn’t realized she was trying to lose weight. Someone had told her, ‘If you want to lose five pounds, this will help.’

But while she tried the drug, Handler noted that she didn’t like how it made her feel.

She remembered returning from vacation and immediately using the medication. A few days later, while having lunch with a friend, her friend mentioned feeling sick and that she was taking Ozempic. She realized she was feeling unwell too, but initially attributed it to jet lag from her trip to Spain.

Handler eventually stopped taking the medication because she didn’t need it for her health, and she shared her leftover supply with friends.

She admitted to giving Ozempic to around four or five friends, explaining she decided against using it herself because she felt it was unnecessary. She described having friends come to her house to receive injections, scheduling appointments like ‘one at one, one at two.’

Khloe Kardashian clapped back when commenters on Instagram speculated that she was taking Ozempic.

Kardashian responded to criticism in a January 2023 post, stating that people shouldn’t dismiss her dedication to fitness. She explained she works out five days a week, starting at 6 a.m., and asked people to stop making assumptions about her. She finished by saying it seems like the new year hasn’t changed some people’s negativity.
