Gameduchy has announced that Iron Saga VS, currently available on PC, will be released on PlayStation 5 later this year.
This game is a fighting game where you control giant robots, called mecha. It’s based on Iron Saga, a popular free-to-play mobile game that launched in 2019.
A major draw of this fighting game is the inclusion of guest mechs from popular series like Mazinger, Shin Getter Robo, and Super Beast Machine God Dancouga. However, the majority of the playable characters are actually units from the existing Iron Saga game.
The Steam release of VS has been available since May of last year and includes crucial rollback netcode. It currently has ‘Very Positive’ user reviews, though the number of reviews is still relatively small – just a few hundred as of this moment.
Here’s its launch trailer from back then:
If you enjoy fighting games or giant robots, this is definitely a title worth watching. We expect it to be released soon.
