Annapurna Interactive is coming to Tokyo Game Show with its first-ever stage event. Before the show, on September 23rd at 5 PM Pacific Time, they’ll be streaming ‘Annapurna Interactive Direct From Tokyo 2025‘ to reveal three new games.
The game is being developed by three studios: Iridium Studios (known for *There Came an Echo*), Marumittu Games (*Captain StarONE, World’s End Club*), and Yarn Owl. Marumittu previously announced a partnership with Annapurna Interactive in 2023 for a project called *Project D*, and now the game’s official title has been revealed. Yarn Owl’s first game draws inspiration from *The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past*, and they’ve been working with Annapurna Interactive since 2022.
We don’t yet know if games like the next project from the creators of *Kentucky Route Zero* or the long-awaited *Blade Runner 2033: Labyrinth* will be featured. Visitors to the Tokyo Game Show, running from September 25th to 28th, will have a chance to try out these three new games and potentially get some hands-on experience. Keep an eye out for more information soon.
