DON’T NOD announced that their cinematic sci-fi action-adventure game, Aphelion, will be released on April 28th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC. Players will be able to find it on Steam, the Microsoft Store, and through Xbox Game Pass.
Aphelion will be priced at $29.99 (or €29.99) on PC and $34.99 (or €34.99) on consoles. Players on Xbox Series and Steam will receive a 10% discount when the game launches.
Good news for physical game collectors! There’s going to be a physical version, called the “Pioneer Edition,” hitting shelves for the PS5 on July 2nd. Maximum Entertainment is handling the distribution, so that’s who’s getting it out there.

A Science-Fiction Action Adventure on the Edge of Our Solar System
Scientists predict Earth will become uninhabitable by 2060. Our best chance for survival lies with a newly discovered planet called Persephone, located on the outer edges of our solar system. The European Space Agency is sending astronauts Ariane and Thomas on the Hope 01 mission to explore Persephone and see if it could become a new home for humanity.
The story starts with a crash. When their ship goes down, the crew is scattered across the planet, and they must desperately search for each other to reunite.
