Where to Find the Blue Gate Cellar Key
The key might appear at the Ruby Residence on the Dam Battlegrounds map. It seems to be a random item, like other keys found in residential areas across the game.
When you’re looking for items, be sure to check drawers, cabinets, and shelves inside houses and other buildings. The Research & Administrator’s Building is a good place to search for resources, particularly on the second floor, where you can often find keys in cabinets and storage containers.
Continue searching every container you find in these locations. Getting important items relies on chance, but the more you search, the higher your chances of finding them.
How to Use the Blue Gate Cellar Key
After you get the key, head to the Blue Gate map. There are several cellar entrances hidden around the area – I’ve found one myself, but it looks like there are two or three in total.
If you find another locked cellar door that needs the Blue Gate Key, please record its location (or share it in the comments so others can find it). Players are working together to map out all these doors as they’re discovered.
What You’ll Find Inside
Once you’ve found a way into a cellar, climb down the ladder and begin searching for items. Cellars generally have a decent supply of useful things, though you won’t find powerful military equipment. Expect to find everyday household items, things you can use up quickly, and materials for crafting, but you might also discover items needed for quests.
It’s a small reward loop, but still worth the effort if you’re already in the area or farming keys.
