This key, like the others, is found randomly. However, the place it unlocks isn’t random at all! Use it to open a special locked room on the Buried City map, and you’ll find a good amount of valuable loot inside.

Like most important items in ARC Raiders, the Buried City Hospital Key doesn’t appear in a specific place. You’ll find it randomly inside containers located in residential zones.

You don’t need to search for it specifically in the Buried City. You can actually find it while exploring other areas, like the Dam Battlegrounds!

Now, to use the key, you’ll need to head to the Hospital in the northern part of the Buried City map.

When you arrive, you can reach the third floor by either taking the stairs or using the zipline. Just be careful—you’ll find lots of automated defenses like Turrets and Fireballs inside!

Once you get to the 3rd floor, head to the northwest corner of the hospital. You’ll see a locked steel gate. Use your key on the panel to unlock the room and search the containers inside!

Just a reminder, each key can only be used once. If you want to search the hospital again, you’ll need a new key.
