Playing ARC Raiders means experiencing the unpredictable world of Speranza – one moment you’re exploring ancient ruins, the next you’re running from dangerous ARC machines. The Echoes of Victory Ridge quest might seem simple, but it really captures what makes ARC Raiders so engaging: discovering new things, feeling tense, and the reward of finding valuable loot. If you’re having trouble locating the Battle Plans or delivering Major Aiva’s Patch, this guide will help you complete the quest quickly and easily, without any confusion.
Step 1: Reach Victory Ridge

Start by opening your map and navigating to the West Broken Bridge, which is labeled with the letter B. This is where you need to go. When you arrive, you’ll easily spot it – a huge, collapsed highway stands before you, a reminder of the past falling apart.

Notice how ARC Raiders’ world feels truly lived-in, even in its ruined state – from the lighting and scattered debris to the constant sense of underlying threat. Now, it’s time to take action.
Step 2: Retrieve the Battle Plans
Standing by the bridge, turn around and face the damaged highway. To your right, you’ll see a wrecked car in the debris. Right beside it, hidden under the collapsed section of the highway, is a small box.
That’s your target. Interact with it to pick up the Battle Plans.
Step 3: Deliver Major Aiva’s Patch to Celeste
Now that you have the plans, it’s time to finish the mission. Go back to Celeste and deliver Major Aiva’s Patch to finish the quest. This will complete everything directly, without needing to revisit any areas.
This completes a satisfying part of the mission, adding another piece to the larger story of the Speranza survivors and their struggle against ARC.
Final Thoughts
That’s all for Echoes of Victory Ridge! While it’s a brief mission, it really showcases what makes ARC Raiders so engaging – a great mix of exploring, a compelling atmosphere, and the thrill of uncovering new things.
What I really appreciate about ARC Raiders is how each place feels like it has a history, but it doesn’t just tell you what happened. Exploring wrecked roads or searching through old buildings is consistently interesting because the game encourages you to investigate and discover things for yourself.
