The “Eyes in the Sky” quest in ARC Raiders sends you exploring various maps, requiring you to climb, scan, and use ziplines. It’s an enjoyable challenge that tests how well you can navigate and stay focused. To finish the quest, you’ll need to go to three different places. This guide will walk you through each step to help you complete it.
1. Dam Battlegrounds Map – Control Tower
Begin at the Dam Battlegrounds map and head towards the Control Tower. Try to reach the highest level inside the building.
Once inside, find the elevator and take it up. When you exit, turn right and follow the stairs until you see a locked door – you’ll know you’re in the correct area because of it. You don’t need a key for this part, but the door requires the Dam Control Tower Key.
Keep climbing until you reach a door that opens onto the roof. Once you’re up there, head to the left corner – that’s where you’ll find your first goal. Interact with the glowing spot to install your first LiDAR Scanner and move on to the next step.
2. Spaceport – Communications Tower
Your next destination is the Spaceport map, where you need to locate the Communications Tower.
Once doing so, climb the ladder attached to it, and look to the right of the platform.
The scanner is ready and waiting for you to set it up. Simply use it to move on to the next step – it’s fast and simple!
3. Buried City – Galleria
The last step of the quest happens in the Buried City, specifically at the Galleria building. This part is a bit trickier and requires careful planning before you engage in combat.
You’ll need to buy three zip lines from Apollo, the in-game vendor. Each one costs 1000 credits. Keep in mind that you can usually only buy three per day, so make sure to plan your purchases.
Head to the roof of the Galleria building on the Buried City map. You can get there by climbing up the outside of the south side. Once you’re up top, look for the tall metal tower. If you see the Hospital sign behind it on another rooftop, that’s where you need to place the last scanner.
Okay, so to get to the top of this tower, you need zip lines. Seriously, pay attention when you’re placing them! I almost fell to my death with the first one I tried – it didn’t quite reach! I’d recommend grabbing three zip lines total. That way, if you mess up the first one, or even the second, you’ve still got a backup to get you up there.
Ride the zipline to the top, then interact with the marker to install your last LiDAR Scanner and finish the quest. You’ll earn some extra experience points, and it doesn’t involve any difficult battles.
