ARC Raiders features a large world with many secrets to uncover. The Dam Surveillance Key is a crucial item that opens locked doors, giving you access to valuable rewards. This guide will show you exactly where to find the key, how to open the locked door, and what challenges to expect along the way.

Key Overview
In ARC Raiders, you can find keys that open special doors and reward you with valuable loot. Currently, there are four keys available: the Dam Staff Room Key, Dam Surveillance Key, Dam Control Center Tower Key, and Dam Testing Annex Key. Each key unlocks the room its name describes. If you’d rather not explore these rooms yourself, you can sell each key for 100 Creds.
Okay, so there’s this thing called the Hatch Key, and it opens up these special Raider Hatches. They’re basically a quick way to get out of a match, but here’s the catch: it’s just for one player, and the hatch only stays open for 15 seconds after you unlock it! If you don’t need it for an escape, you can always sell the key for 1000 Creds, which is a nice little bonus.
Dam Surveilance Key
This key appears randomly throughout the game. However, you can usually find it by searching cabinets and drawers in houses and buildings. I’ve personally found it in places like the Research & Administration building (on the second floor) and the Ruby Residence.
How to Use the Key
Head to the Water Treatment Control area and begin at the front of The Dam building. Go inside, turn right at the first opportunity, and then right again. You’ll find a door requiring the Dam Surveillance Key. If you have it, unlock the room to claim your rewards.
Be aware that this area is strongly protected by ARC robots, as it often contains valuable loot. You’ll also need to watch out for other players. Make sure you’re well-prepared before going in.
