It’s been 30 years since Arnold Schwarzenegger’s popular Christmas movie, Jingle All the Way, came out in 1996, but now it’s official: the actor will return for another holiday adventure this year.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is taking on the role of Santa Claus in a new Christmas comedy called “The Man with the Bag.” Amazon has confirmed the movie will be available to stream on Prime Video starting December 2nd.
Adam Shankman, known for directing popular movies like The Wedding Planner, Hairspray, and Disenchanted, is directing the new film. Alan Ritchson, famous for his role in Reacher, and Awkwafina are also starring.

Okay, so the movie’s about Santa’s magic bag getting stolen – right before Christmas! It’s basically a race against time as he tries to get it back so he can still deliver all the presents on Christmas Eve. It sounds like a fun, festive adventure!
He recruits thief Vance (Ritchson), someone who’s been on his bad side for a long time, and together with a group of unlikely allies, they attempt the biggest heist of Vance’s career to rescue Christmas.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is the latest in a long line of famous actors to play Santa Claus. He joins well-known stars like Richard Attenborough, Kurt Russell, Tim Allen, Ed Asner, Leslie Nielsen, and JK Simmons, who have all famously worn the red suit.

Arnold Schwarzenegger hasn’t been in many movies lately, but he’s currently working on several projects, including continuations of both the 2015 short film Kung Fury and his famous 1980s character Conan the Barbarian.
Back in March, Schwarzenegger described a story idea where Conan, after ruling for 40 years, becomes comfortable and is gradually forced to leave his kingdom.
There’s always some kind of struggle, and then he manages to return, leading to chaos, violence, magic, and fantastical creatures.
