IndieArk and PVic Games have launched a playable demo of their 2D action platformer, ARTIUS: Pure Imagination, on Steam for PC.
The demo is divided into four sections and should take players between one and two hours to complete. According to a press release, players can expect a fast-paced experience, racing through visually striking streets with plenty of excitement and action – a unique and thrilling spectacle.
Here is a brief overview of the game, via IndieArk:
ARTIUS: Pure Imagination is a fast-paced 2D platformer where you play as one of four artists, each with unique powers. The game takes place in a world losing its creativity, and you’ll need to combine jumping, dashing, and attacking to overcome challenges, reach the end of each level, and fight to save art itself.
ARTIUS draws inspiration from the daily life and culture of Brazil, infusing the game with a vibrant South American feel. It boasts a unique art style – a blend of retro pixel art and playful cartoon visuals – characterized by strong lines, bright colors, and a lot of creativity. The overall effect is both funny and reminiscent of classic games.
