To celebrate its upcoming ninth anniversary on March 30th, a special broadcast will revisit the Blue Reflection series. The program will feature interviews with character designer and supervisor Mel Kishida, as well as the voice actresses for Hinako Shirai, Yuuki Takada, and Raimu Shijou, Sawako Hata.

Digital Foundry suggests the main difference between the next-generation consoles will likely be the processing power – the Project Helix is expected to have about 26% more processing units than the PS6. This is similar to the Xbox Series X, which had 44% more processing units than the PS5, although the PS5’s units were faster. Interestingly, the current generation of consoles didn’t show a huge improvement in graphics or performance across most games, because newer software tricks like dynamic resolution and image upscaling helped bridge the gap.

He joked that he’s finally gotten the chest plate he’s been wanting since 2014! Cox described the black “Shadowlands” suit – which actually resembles a Daredevil look from the comics more than the original Shadowlands costume – as naturally menacing and a great next step in the character’s visual evolution.

The Star Fox series began in 1993 with a very successful game on the Super Nintendo. Four years later, Star Fox 64 for the Nintendo 64 was even more popular. While the franchise hasn’t had many installments, it continued until 2016 with the release of Star Fox Zero. Unfortunately, this new game was a major disappointment. Critics found it too short, lacking in new ideas, and difficult to control. It didn’t sell well and became the lowest-performing game in the series. Even the release of Star Fox 2 the next year couldn’t fix the damage done by Star Fox Zero.

Embark Studios is using this technology to create voice lines for their game. Instead of recording actors for every line of dialogue, they’re using text-to-speech to generate some of the voices you’ll hear.
