I was so excited to finally see Cursed on Paramount+! It came out in 2005 and it’s cool because it brought Wes Craven back together with Kevin Williamson, the writer of Scream. The movie stars Christina Ricci and Jesse Eisenberg as siblings who get attacked by a werewolf in LA. They have to figure out who—or what—did it before they turn into a werewolf! Honestly, it’s a bit of a hidden gem in Craven’s work, but it’s mostly known for how rough the making of it was—lots of reshoots, the studio meddling, and they even had to change it to get a PG-13 rating. It started streaming on March 1st, and I’m really enjoying it!

There’s been a lot of talk online about Season 3 of The Last of Us, and now those rumors are being confirmed. Deadline reports that Patrick Wilson will be joining the HBO series, playing a significant role as Abby’s father, Dr. Jerry Anderson. For those familiar with the show, Dr. Anderson’s death at the hands of Joel Miller was the event that drove Abby’s quest for revenge in Season 2. This wasn’t the only update about the show, however.
