Supporters of the Death in Paradise spin-off series have good news coming their way, as a fresh season is finally set to premiere, putting an end to their uncertainty regarding the show’s continuation.
The upcoming series is based on the hugely successful novels penned by Elizabeth George, who also serves as an executive producer. Previously, her writings were adapted for The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, a series that featured Nathaniel Parker and Sharon Small and ran for six seasons from 2001 to 2007.
The main difference between the initial series and its reboot is the title. Unlike the original series branded as “The Amazing World of Gumball“, the revival goes by “The Incredibly Strange World of Gumball“. So far, a specific explanation for this change has not been provided to fans, leaving viewers puzzled about the necessity of a new title. However, Cartoon Network (the show’s original network) has explained the rationale behind the change.
