The third game is coming along really well and we’re on track with our original plan, according to a recent interview with Automaton-Media. The game is playable now, and the team is currently focused on polishing and completing the final details to create the best possible experience.

Warner Bros.’ “Monsterverse” has become a popular franchise across many platforms. It began over ten years ago with the 2014 reboot of Godzilla, and successfully followed a similar path to the Marvel Cinematic Universe by establishing both Godzilla and King Kong with their own films before uniting them in the 2021 movie Godzilla vs. Kong. Since then, the Monsterverse has expanded to television, including the Apple TV+ series Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, which is about to release its second season.

It’s a hugely important game for the genre – in fact, it’s where the genre gets its name! It went on to inspire many other text-based games, including the more famous Zork.
