The latest update for Crimson Desert, version 1.00.02, is now available on PC and PlayStation 5. This patch mainly fixes problems players found with quests, bosses, and skills. Pearl Abyss is also working on additional fixes for other known issues.

As a big fan of the original Event Horizon movie, I’m really excited about the new comic series, Event Horizon: Inferno. And it sounds like I’m not alone! IDW has announced that pre-orders for the first issue are already over 30% higher than they were for the prequel, Event Horizon: Dark Descent. Since Dark Descent #1 sold around 100,000 copies, that’s a seriously impressive jump. It’s great to see that even though the movie didn’t get the recognition it deserved when it came out, comic book fans are really embracing the Event Horizon universe. Christian Ward, who also wrote Dark Descent, is back, and with Rob Carey on art, this looks like it’s going to be something special.
