As a huge fan, I just think this movie is special – everything from the music to the characters and how it looks just feels timeless. It’s definitely a movie for the holidays, and it really hits on those classic themes you see this time of year. But honestly? Even with all the spooky stuff, it doesn’t really feel like a Halloween movie to me.
A new trailer for the Supergirl movie is expected to be released later this week, according to a report by Daniel Richtman (via Comic Book Movie). The trailer will debut at a press event today, December 7th, and will then be published online this Thursday, December 11th – following the same release strategy as last year’s first Superman trailer.

The films follow Alex the lion, Marty the zebra, Melman the giraffe, and Gloria the hippo – four zoo animals who unexpectedly end up on the island of Madagascar after escaping from captivity. Madagascar, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, and the spin-off Penguins of Madagascar became available on December 1st. However, Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted, the last movie in the main series, is not currently included.
