Peacock Users Are Running Out of Time To Watch Clint Eastwood’s Underrated 2000s Crime Drama

As a big Clint Eastwood fan, I always make a point to check out his films. So, when I saw Changeling was streaming on Peacock, I quickly added it to my watchlist. It came out in 2008, right after he did Flags of Our Fathers and Letters from Iwo Jima, and in the same year as Gran Torino – a really busy time for him! The movie’s a gripping mystery and crime drama, based on the true story of the Wineville Chicken Coop murders from 1928. It’s set in Los Angeles and stars Angelina Jolie as a mother whose kidnapped son is returned, but she quickly realizes something isn’t right. The authorities don’t believe her, and things take a really dark turn when she’s wrongly committed to a psychiatric ward. Sadly, it’s already been flagged as leaving Peacock soon, so I’m glad I’m watching it now before it disappears!
