Mexican Ninja, currently available as a demo on Steam, is a surprisingly unique and promising action game. Even if it doesn’t become something truly exceptional, its unusual style is memorable and helps it stand out. I’m still amazed a game like Mexican Ninja actually exists after trying the demo!

Look, when it comes to DC’s magical heroes, everyone talks about Zatanna and Constantine, but honestly, neither of them holds a candle to Doctor Fate. He’s one of DC’s oldest characters, and he really became a legend when he joined the Justice Society. What’s cool is the ‘Doctor Fate’ mantle has been passed down through generations, which is a great storytelling device. There are a lot of powerful magic users in the DC universe, but Fate just feels different. He fills a similar role to Marvel’s top magic users, but he does it with a unique style that makes him, in my opinion, one of DC’s most underrated heroes.

A similar opportunity arose in the movie Deadpool & Wolverine. Ryan Reynolds, Shawn Levy, and the writers realized they could fulfill many fans’ hopes by including Henry Cavill as a version of Wolverine. Like before, it wasn’t suggested that Cavill would become the main Wolverine going forward, but it showed what could happen. However, this brief appearance feels a bit frustrating for Marvel fans, who have been eagerly waiting for eight years to see their biggest wish – a Wolverine appearance – finally come true.

Let’s talk about Pluribus, a truly captivating sci-fi series. The show stars Rhea Seahorn as Carol Sturka, a writer who finds herself alone after a strange virus transforms most of humanity into a peaceful, collective consciousness. This hivemind now wants to bring Carol and other immune survivors into the fold. As the show’s description cleverly puts it, it’s about “the most miserable person on Earth must save the world from happiness.”
