I’ve been a huge fan of Yuto Suzuki’s Sakamoto Days ever since it started in Weekly Shonen Jump – it already had a massive following even before the anime came out! It’s such a fun action-comedy about Taro Sakamoto, this legendary former assassin who was once the most feared hitman around. But he just walked away from that life for his wife! The story kicks off five years after he’s settled down with his wife and daughter, and things get crazy when his past suddenly catches up with him, threatening everything he’s built.

Based on reports from influencers who visited the set – as summarized by Wizarding World Direct – the TV show will explore the lives of characters beyond Harry Potter. The longer runtime allows the series to show us things from different perspectives, like Hermione’s home and the girls’ dormitory. Influencers also say we’ll learn about Dumbledore’s past earlier in the series, which is exciting and could address some of the issues fans had with the Fantastic Beasts movies.

This is the clearest glimpse we’ve had so far of this unusual game, which draws inspiration from titles like Shenmue and SEGA Bass Fishing. We’d also compare it to games like Seaman and Silent Hill.
