Long-Awaited Spinoff to NBC’s Groundbreaking Comedy Series Finally Hits Peacock

The entire first season of “The Paper,” which is produced by Greg Daniels and Michael Koman, can now be streamed on Peacock. The show follows a documentary crew that moved from Scranton, Pennsylvania, to Toledo, Ohio, where the struggling Midwestern newspaper, “Toledo Truth-Teller,” is located. This series focuses on the lives of volunteers trying to rejuvenate the paper. Domhnall Gleeson and Sabrina Impacciatore star in it, with Oscar Nunez returning as Oscar Martinez. The series garnered an 85% critics’ rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on 54 reviews, four points higher than “The Office”‘s average rating of 81%, across all nine seasons.
