Following the success of films like The Secret of NIMH, An American Tail, and The Land Before Time, Don Bluth’s All Dogs Go to Heaven was a memorable animated musical released in 1989. Set in 1939 New Orleans, the film centers on Charlie, a German Shepherd who, after being wronged by a friend, escapes from Heaven to get revenge. He unexpectedly forms a bond with a young orphan girl who has the special ability to talk to animals. Unfortunately, despite being added to Peacock on January 1st, All Dogs Go to Heaven is already set to leave the streaming service soon, likely by the end of the month.

Despite everything else happening in the series, episode 4 of Wonder Man truly shines. It’s a flashback focusing on Byron Bowers as DeMarr Davis, telling the story of how he became the Doorman – a character with teleportation abilities. The episode is set in Hollywood and explores the dark side of fame, specifically how the industry exploits people of color. It also introduces a wonderfully unique and relatively unknown character from Marvel comics.

The first solo comic book series for the popular character Moonstar arrives in stores on March 4th! In Moonstar #1, written by Ashley Allen and illustrated by Edoardo Audino, Dani Moonstar faces a terrifying new threat: an ancient weapon that steals souls. She must find it before it’s too late, but the person wielding it won’t give up easily. Haunted by recent losses, Dani struggles with self-doubt, questioning if she can protect the people she cares about. Will she overcome her fears, or will her insecurities lead to more tragedy? I was really excited to hear the director, Satoru Nihei, talk about the new Onimusha game with Game Informer. He emphasized that action is at the heart of what makes an Onimusha game special, and they’ve definitely brought back the iconic stuff like absorbing souls and using those perfect Issen counters – they’ve really polished those up! But it’s not just about button mashing; he also said there will be moments that make you actually think and use strategy, which is awesome.

Fans of the popular anime My Hero Academia will soon be able to watch the English dub of its final season on Hulu. The eighth and last season finished airing late last year, and Hulu has announced that all episodes with the English dub will be available starting February 6th, 2026. This means you’ll be able to binge-watch the entire final season with the English audio!
