These five DC movie sequels didn’t really add anything meaningful to their respective series, or to the superhero genre in general. They’re watchable if you’re a fan, but don’t anticipate being particularly impressed or remembering them for long.

A new report from Feature First reveals Henry Cavill will star as the kind King Alfur, and Sterling K. Brown will play the villain, Zarkon. The story will center on a young man who takes over his late mother’s job as a pilot of one of the Voltron Lions.
Though both Shrinking and How I Met Your Mother are comedies, they’re very different shows in terms of their style and what they’re about. Jason Segel, who co-created Shrinking with Bill Lawrence and Brett Goldstein, also played a major role in How I Met Your Mother, so it’s understandable that people are drawing comparisons. The release of Shrinking’s third season gives us another chance to see how the two shows stack up against each other.
The Bridgerton actress openly shared personal stories, playfully pointing out that her own dating life is quite different from her character Eloise’s. Unlike her on-screen siblings Francesca (Hannah Dodd) and Colin (Luke Newton), who are married by the time the first part of season four was released on January 29th, Eloise hasn’t yet had a romantic storyline on the Netflix show.
A great example of how the Reacher TV series diverges from the original books is the character Frances Neagley, played by Maria Sten. She’s become a fan favorite and will even star in her own spin-off show, while still appearing in the main Reacher series. Interestingly, Neagley only appears in a single book by Lee Child, which has been adapted into the show. Another adjustment made for television – Jack Reacher actually has to speak more! Despite these changes, Prime Video’s Reacher is a hit with both viewers and critics, and it shows how adaptations of books into TV series can be done successfully.
The 1998 crime drama was well-received by critics, earning a 91% ‘Fresh’ rating on Rotten Tomatoes and two Oscar nominations. Despite this praise, the film didn’t make much money – it grossed $16.3 million against a $17 million budget – and has largely faded from view in Sam Raimi’s impressive body of work. Still, many fans consider A Simple Plan to be his greatest achievement.
SHIB is squeezing itself into a tiny triangular structure, which feels like it’s trying to impress someone at a party but just ends up looking awkward. Unfortunately, this formation is more about the ongoing bearish trend than any miraculous reversal. The long-term moving averages are way up high, probably sipping mojitos while we’re down here scrambling for change.
