While promoting his new film Thrash, releasing on Netflix April 10th, Djimon Hounsou spoke with ComicBook about the upcoming Highlander reboot and why fans of the 1986 original should be optimistic. He confidently stated, “They’re gonna love this movie,” highlighting the large-scale action sequences directed by Chad Stahelski, known for the John Wick films, and the impressive cast. Hounsou also praised the set design, particularly his own, and teased that the movie will feature “a lot” of decapitations, promising a spectacular experience.

Jon Bernthal is returning as the Punisher in the Marvel Cinematic Universe this summer with two projects: a Disney+ special called The Punisher: One Last Kill and the new movie Spider-Man: Brand New Day. The first trailer for The Punisher: One Last Kill has just been released, and it looks like this special will offer a fresh, new direction for the character.

I was so excited to see Riot’s latest announcement! They’re adding six new fighters to 2XKO over the next year, and it’s already started! We got Caitlyn back in January, and Akali just dropped this week. They’ve confirmed Senna is coming too, which is awesome. But the best part? Three more fighters are still a secret! I can’t wait to find out who they are – hopefully we’ll hear more details soon!
