As a big movie and TV fan, I stumbled upon the Bag of Bones miniseries a while back. It came out in 2011 and it’s a really interesting story about a writer grieving the loss of his wife, who seems to be trying to communicate with him from beyond the grave. It’s broken up into two parts, and originally aired on A&E almost like a long movie. Honestly, it’s ideal for a day when you want something more substantial than a typical film, but aren’t ready to commit to a whole multi-episode series. It’s the perfect length for a good binge!

It’s all about how they navigate their jobs and their personal lives. You’ve got Frank (Tom Selleck), his dad Henry (Len Cariou), and his kids Danny (Donnie Wahlberg), Erin (Bridget Moynahan), and Jamie (Will Estes) – a great family dynamic, and I’m excited to revisit those early seasons!
Hulu is adding several new movies in April, including the sci-fi sequel Pacific Rim Uprising which will be available at the beginning of the month. However, the original Pacific Rim won’t be added at the same time. Other sci-fi titles coming to Hulu next month are In Time and Moon, and the disaster film The Day After Tomorrow will also begin streaming on April 1st.
