I just got a sneak peek at “The Miniature Wife,” which is hitting Peacock on April 9, 2026, and it’s… unusual. The show is based on a short story by Manuel Gonzales, and Jennifer Ames and Steve Turner are the creative minds behind this adaptation. I’m really sad to hear about the studio closing, even though it won’t be a complete shutdown. It’ll still help with the Snowdrop Engine and general IT stuff, but it definitely feels like the end of an era. They have such an amazing legacy, especially with all those classic tactical shooters! I remember being a huge fan of the early Ghost Recon games – Advanced Warfighter and Future Soldier were some of my favorites. Ubisoft bought them way back in 2000, and they’ve been making incredible games ever since.
Fans of zombie comedies can now watch Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse on Tubi. The 2015 film arrived on the free streaming service on March 1st. It’s a fast-paced, funny horror-comedy that aimed to capture the same energy as Zombieland, following three teenage scouts who must use what they’ve learned to survive a zombie outbreak and protect their town during a final camping trip. While it didn’t achieve the same popularity as Zombieland – receiving poor reviews and earning little money at the box office – the movie, directed by Christopher Landon and starring Tye Sheridan, Logan Miller, Joey Morgan, Sarah Dumont, and David Koechner, has gained a dedicated cult following over time.

Okay, so I just started reading this new Batwoman series, and it’s a really interesting setup. It’s written by Greg Rucka, who did some great work on the character before, and the art is by DaNi. It kicks off in a mental hospital in Greece, which is already a bit of a shock. We find out Kate Kane is actually a patient there, and her therapist thinks she’s dealing with some serious survivor’s guilt. A lot of the early stuff focuses on the therapist trying to get Kate to open up about her twin sister, Beth, and what happened when she seemingly died when they were both twelve. It’s setting up a really intriguing mystery!
