decentralized chaos 😅: Uniswap’s Wyoming Adventure 🤔

What is this DUNI, you ask? A savior cloaked in legalese, or just another bureaucratic puppet? Its stated mission is to let Uniswap interact with the “real world” without sullying its decentralized soul. Contracts will be signed, service providers hired, taxes calculated-all under the watchful eye of regulators who seem perpetually confused by digital anarchy. Ah, but here lies the twist: DUNI promises to shield governance participants from personal liability. How noble! Limited liability protection for those brave souls steering the ship through treacherous waters of collective action lawsuits. What could possibly go wrong?

Sam Raimi and Weapons Producer Remaking Cult-Classic 1970s Horror Movie

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lionsgate is working on a new version of the terrifying ventriloquist dummy film “Magic.” Sam Raimi and Zainab Azizi from Raimi Productions will produce this remake, along with Roy Lee, who has been a key player in modern horror. His company Vertigo Entertainment produced hits like the “It” movies, “The Ring,” and “The Grudge.” Lee is also involved in the successful summer release “Weapons,” which raked in over $239 million globally despite a small budget of $38 million. The screenplay for this updated “Magic” will be penned by Mark Swift and Damian Shannon, who have experience in rejuvenating horror icons with works like “Freddy vs. Jason” and the 2009 remake of “Friday the 13th.” Chris Hammond and Tim Sullivan are also part of the producing team, having obtained the rights to the original film for Lionsgate.

Channing Tatum Bombed Audition to Play Another Marvel Superhero

In an interview with Variety, Tatum shared that he wasn’t particularly eager to play Thor, but the opportunity to audition for Kenneth Branagh in the first Thor movie was too enticing to resist. The experience, though, turned out to be a humbling one as it exposed a lack of stillness in his acting at the time. After doing one take, Branagh instructed him to stay still and place his hands on a chair. However, Tatum froze up, allowing Branagh to point out his weakness. This incident motivated him to spend the next five years focusing on mastering stillness in his performances.
