With just under a year until Avengers: Doomsday hits theaters, short teaser trailers are starting to appear in cinemas. However, the full trailer isn’t expected for several more weeks. These teasers are shown for only a week each before being replaced with new ones. So far, we’ve seen trailers featuring Chris Evans reprising his role as Captain America, arriving home to his child, and Chris Hemsworth as Thor praying for a safe return to his adopted daughter, Love. Now, a new teaser featuring the X-Men has reportedly been sent to theaters – and quickly found its way online.
The complete trailer for Doomsday likely won’t be released until Super Bowl Sunday, roughly five weeks from now, according to Trailer Track. While the wait is frustrating, it’s a smart move – Wicked successfully used the Super Bowl to launch its full trailers, reaching a massive audience and building anticipation for the film’s release.
We’re Still In The Dark As To What To Expect From Doomsday
All signs point to the full trailer for AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY being revealed during the Super Bowl. It’s expected to be a huge moment.

Trailer Track has praised the latest trailer for Avengers: Doomsday, calling it the best one so far on their X account. Many others agreed, with one user responding with a GIF showing Cyclops using his optic blasts. The trailer itself is only 1 minute and 10 seconds long, offering a short preview of what Cyclops, Magneto, and Professor X will be doing in the movie.
We don’t have a full picture of what to expect from Doomsday yet, but actors involved have offered some hints. Ebon Moss-Bachrach called it “Epic, Tragic, Intergalactic, Starry,” and Joseph Quinn simply added, “Epic, mental, Downey Jr.” Hopefully, the trailer released during Super Bowl Sunday will give us a clearer idea of what the movie will be like.
